Branford Police Blotter: DUIs, Stalking, Assault, Disorderly Conduct

The following arrest information was provided by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Melissa Marie Anderson, 30, of Griswold Street in Meriden, was charged April 1 with sixth-degree larceny. She is scheduled to appear in court April 18. Arresting officer: John L. Abely.

Jason David Appuzo, 34, of Lincoln Avenue in Branford, was charged March 31 with manufacture/possession of burglar tools, interfering with an officer, and a separate charge of second-degree failure to appear in court. He was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Lawrence Rooney.

Linda J. Heidtmann, 60, of Montoya Circle, was charged March 31 with sixth-degree larceny. She was scheduled to appear in court April 8. Arresting officer: Nicholas Torino.

Tabitha Mase, 36, of Briarwood LAne in Branford, was charged March 31 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. She was scheduled to appear in court April 1. Arresting officer: Joseph Carangelo.

Alicides J. Mercado, 25, of Church Street in Branford, was charged March 31 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor and threatening. He was scheduled to appear in court April 1. Arresting officer: Marc T. Andrew.

Zoey A. Moll, 21, of High Street in East Haven, was charged April 1 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. She is scheduled to appear in court April 16. Arresting officer: Dominick B. Eula. 

Matthew J. O'Dea, 29, of Pineview Drive in Branford, was charged April 1 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence. He is scheduled to appear in court April 16. Arresting officer: Rashaad A. Roach.

Lisa A. Pelletier, 50, of Knollwood Drive in Wallingford, was charged March 31 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence. She was scheduled to appear in court April 9. Arresting officer: Michael P. Amarante.

Sean William Coates, 39, of Wallace Road in Branford, was charged March 29 with breach of peace. He was scheduled to appear in court March 31. Arresting officer: Luigi M. Amasino.

Casey A. Colon, 21, of Sperry Drive in Guilford, was charged March 29 with breach of peace. She was scheduled to appear in court April 8. Arresting officer: Patrick W. Moynihan.

Robert J. Dingus, 42, of Elm Street in Branford, was charged March 27 with first-degree stalking, third-degree burglary and violation of a protective order. He was scheduled to appear in court March 28. Arresting officer: Bryan McGinnis. 

Laurel K. Fernicola, 25, of Whitfield Street in Guilford, was charged March 29 with sixth-degree larceny. She was scheduled to appear in court April 8. Arresting officer: Josef J. Herten.

Stephen D. Melcher, 30, of Ivy Street in East Haven, was charged March 27 with disorderly conduct. He was scheduled to appear in court March 28. Arresting officer: Joseph Carangelo.

Troy Cooper, 33, of Weatherly Trail in Guilford, was charged March 26 with violation of a protective order. He was scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: Robert Hart II.

Jacob L. Dupre, 20, of Montoya Circle in Branford, was charged March 26 with four separate counts of third-degree burglary, three separate counts of fifth-degree larceny, second-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. He was scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: Patrick W. Moynihan.

Richard A. Filllipelli, 55, of Branford Road in North Branford, was charged March 26 with sixth-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear in court April 8. Arresting officer: Dominick B. Eula. 

Theresa McLain, 21, of Boulder Road in Guilford, was charged March 25 with breach of peace. She was scheduled to appear in court April 8. Arresting officer: Patrick W. Moynihan.
