Branford Police Blotter: DUI, Strangulation, Credit Card Theft

The following arrest information was provided by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Tilon Diggs, 34, of Bradley Avenue in Branford, was charged March 15 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and interfering with an officer. He is scheduled to appear in court March 28. Arresting officer: Richard F. Kenney Jr. 

Michael Riedy, 48, of Circle Lane in Trumbull, was charged March 14 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, third-degree assault, threatening and second-degree strangulation. He was scheduled to appear in court March 17. Arresting officer: Joseph J. Harrington. 

Anthony F. Riccitelli, 24, of Montoya Circle in Branford, was charged March 14 with creating a public disturbance. He is scheduled to appear in court March 28. Arresting officer: James Cox.

Theresa C. Robinson, 49, of Standdard Avenue in Branford, was charged March 13 with sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court March 25. Arresting officer: Nicholas Torino.

Douglas P. Sheridan, 49, of Totoket Road in North Branford, was charged March 14 with threatening. He was scheduled to appear in court March 17. Arresting officer: Melissa Carney.

Aryell B. Edwards, 23, of Chapel Street in New Haven, was charged March 10 with third-degree larceny, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card and criminal impersonation. She was scheduled to appear in court March 18. Arresting officer: Michael P. Amarante.

John D. Fratantonio, 38, of Montoya Drive in Branford, was charged March 12 with disorderly conduct. He was scheduled to appear in court March 13. Arresting officer: James Cox. 

Jamie L. Kovecses, 28, of Stone Ridge Lane in Branford, was charged March 11 with breach of peace and threatening. He is scheduled to appear in court March 25. Arresting officer: Joseph Carangelo.

Richard D. Sapia, 49, of Lathrop Road in Uncasville, was charged March 12 with sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court March 25. Arresting officer: Lawrence Rooney.
