Branford Police Blotter: DUI, Parking In a Handicap Space, Reckless Driving
The following arrest information was provided by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.
Michael T. Cote, 57, of Oakdale Road in Branford, was charged Dec. 14 with evading responsibility, operation while under the influence and failure to drive in a proper lane. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Joseph H. Harrington.
Dennis R. Hogan, 33, of Woodcrest Place in Farmingville, N.Y., was charged Dec. 16 with reckless driving. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Joseph Carangelo.
Tiffany Westberg, 31, of North Whittlesey Avenue in Wallingford, was charged Dec. 15 with parking in a handicap space. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 27. Arresting officer: John L. Abely.

Diare Ajax Jones, 31, of Thorn Street in New Haven, was charged Dec. 17 with traveling too fast for conditions and operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Corrianne Dionne.
Paul V. Macari, 50, of Manor Place in Branford, was charged Dec. 18 with parking in a handicap space. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3. Arresting officer: John L. Abely.
