Branford Police Blotter: DUI, Animal Nuisance, Criminal Mischief

Jay S. Allen, 50, of How Avenue in Branford, was charged Jan. 11 with third-degree criminal mischief. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 21. Arresting officer: Robert Hart II

Aimee Lee Hatch, 32, of Briarwood Lane in Branford, was charged Jan. 9 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 22. Arresting officer: Jay Kaufman.

Dawn Ashley Kearney, 26, Park Street in West Haven, was charged Jan. 12 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and interfering with an officer. No court dated listed. Arresting officer: Marc T. Andrew.

Mary Ellen Riccio, 63, of Harbor Village in Branford, was charged Jan. 10 with animal nuisance. No court date listed. Arresting officer: Pamela A.  Medlyn. 

Michael Vergato, 44, of Cedar Street in Branford, was charged Jan. 12 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 22. Arresting officer: Joseph J. Harrington.
