Ryan Moody, 22, of Dodge Avenue, East Haven, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault at 12:22 a.m. on Aug. 3. His court date was set for Aug. 13. Arresting officer: J. Cox

Phyllis A. Donarumo, 69, of Lexington Avenue, New Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny and third-degree burglary at 5:45 p.m. on Aug. 3. Her court date was set for Aug. 13. Arresting officer: M. Clerkin
Amy M. Pellegrino, 25, of Short Beach Road, East Haven, was charged with use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana (<1/2 ounce) paraphernalia and violation of a protective order at 6:37 p.m. on Aug. 3. Her court date was set for Aug. 5. Arresting officer: M. Andrew
Chelsey M. Grifa, 20, of North Ivy Street, Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 8:01 p.m. on Aug. 3. Her court date was set for Aug. 13. Arresting officer: J. Abely
