Elias Santana, 33, of Monticello Drive, Branford, was charged with operation while under the influence at 10:46 p.m. on April 7. His court date was set for April 8. Arresting officer: J. Abely
Thomas Pleines, 56, of Bryan Road, Branford, was charged with failure to renew operator's license and drinking while operating a motor vehicle at 4:26 p.m. on April 8. His court date was set for April 16. Arresting officer: M. Andrew
Walter J. Kreske, 18, of Linden Avenue, Branford, was charged with littering at 10:37 p.m. on April 8. His court date was set for April 19. Arresting officer: J. Abely
