Branford Police Arrests: Littering, Walking Under the Influence, Larceny
The following arrest information is supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Jennifer Grillo, 22, of Evergreen Place in Branford, was charged Oct. 30 with littering. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 15. Arresting officer: John L. Abely.
Linda J. Heidtmann, 59, of Montoya Circle in Branford, was charged Oct. 30 with sixth-degree larceny. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 12. Arresting officer: John L. Abely.
Jacqueline A Ferretti, 49, of Bear Path Road in Branford, was charged Oct. 31 with breach of peace and third-degree assault. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 11. Arresting officer: Robert Hart II.

Stuart C. Lovett, 54, of Shore Drive in Branford, was charged Nov. 4 with disorderly conduct. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 5. Arresting officer: Joseph J. Harrington.
James Madelung, 19, of Second Avenue in Branford, was charged Nov. 2 with second-degree criminal mischief and driving while intoxicated while under 21 years of age. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13. Arresting officers: Melissa Carney and Joseph J. Harrington.
