Branford Police Arrests Include Sexual Assault and Larcenies

The following information is provided by the Branford Police Department.
Leo Bell, 69, of Laurel Hill Road, was charged with risk of injury/impairing morals, and fourth-degree sexual assault.
William Anthony Boncek, 57, of Little Meadow Road in Guilford is charged with violation of a protective order.
Lorraine A. Burlock, 46, of Francis Street of East Haven, is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Ruth M. Zoccano, 75, of Taylor Avenue in East Haven, is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
