Branford Police Arrests for Jan. 7 to Jan. 8

Michael Thomas D’Amico, 35, of Main Street, Branford was charged with third-degree assault on Jan. 8. The court date was set for Jan. 22. Arresting officer: Lawrence Rooney. 

John J. Diglio, 21, of North Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt and credit card theft on Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Paul Perrotti.

Mark B. Hearn, 41, of Townsend Avenue, New Haven, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane on Jan. 8. The court date was set for Jan. 23. Arresting officer: Michael P. Amarante. 

Jason T. Secondino, 32, of Old Post Road, Northford was charged with violation of a protective order on Jan. 7. The court date was set for Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Lawrence Rooney.
