Branford Police Arrests for Dec. 6 to Dec. 9

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Frank Bontempo, 22, of Ivy Street, Branford was charged with disorderly conduct on Dec. 9. The court date was set for Dec. 10.

Kassondra Frantz, 20, of Exchange Street, New Haven was charged with breach of peace on Dec. 9. The court date was set for Dec. 18.

Galo C. Gutierrez, 69, of Lexington Avenue, New Haven was charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane on Dec. 7. The court date was set for Dec. 17.

Craig A. Johnson, 31, of Midwood Road, Branford, was charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive right on Dec. 6. The court date was set for Dec. 19.

Richard T. Kurtz, 39, of Sackett Point Road, North Haven, was charged with operation while under the influence, failure to drive right and traveling too fast for conditions on Dec. 7.

Christine A. Murphy, 28, of Monticello Drive, Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree violation of conditions on Dec. 9. The court date was set for Dec. 10. 

Patrick A. Savino, 31, of Richards Place, West Haven was charged with simple trespassing on Dec. 9. The court date was set for Dec. 21.

Anthony Savino, 43, of Richards Place, West Haven was charged with simple trespassing on Dec. 9. The court date was set for Dec. 21.

Kevin R. Weir, 20, of Thompson Street, East Haven was charged with possession of marijuana (less than a half ounce), possession of paraphernalia and traveling too fast for conditions on Dec. 9. The court date was set for Dec. 21.

Durazno Yanza, 31, of Duncan Street, East Haven was charged with leaving a child unsupervised on Dec. 6. The court date was set for Dec. 19.
