Kevin D. Hyder, 23, of South Main Street, Middletown, was charged with first-degree larceny and credit card theft on Jan. 3. The court date was set for Jan. 4. Arresting officer Paul Perrotti.
Ellen M. Liseo, 44, of Gilbert Avenue, Hamden was charged with third-degree criminal mischief on Dec. 31. The court date was set for Jan. 2. Arresting officer: Corrianne Dionne.
