Branford Police Arrests for Dec. 13 to Dec. 17

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Zachary Scott Behler, 19, of Oregon Avenue, East Haven was charged with breach of peace on Dec. 14. The court date was set for Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Jay Kaufman.

Joseph L. Bimonte, 21, of Pheasant Lane, Branford was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening on Dec. 17. The court date was set for Dec. 18. Arresting officer: James Johnson.

Nicole D. Brown, 30, of Bay Path Way, Branford, was charged with breach of peace on Dec. 14. The court date was set for Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Jay Kaufman.

Todd M. Chadwick, 48, of Main Street, Branford as charged with use and possession of drug paraphernalia and drinking with operating a motor vehicle on Dec. 13. The court date was set for Jan. 8. Arresting officer: John Alves.

Matthew M. Davis, 31, of Bay Path Lane, Branford was charged with breach of peace on Dec. 14. The court date was set for Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Jay Kaufman.

Nicola J. DiFroscia, 51, of Foxon Blvd., East Haven, was charged with drinking while operating a motor vehicle on Dec. 14. The court date was set for Dec. 26. Arresting officer: Bryan McGinnis.

Gregory Grate, 50, of Mueller Drive, Hamden, was charged with criminal impersonation and violation of probation on Dec. 17. Arresting officer: Dominick Eula.

Frederick Hernandez, 23, of Eastern Street, New Haven was charged with carry and sale of a dangerous weapon, third-degree criminal trespassing and breach of peace on Dec. 15. The court date was set for Jan. 8. Arresting officer: John L. Abley.

rather harsh and does not mention Congress or that fact that any CEO expects their chain of commandRead More to do the job assigned. The events of the last few years, the endless wars, homeland terrorism etc. Not an easy time for any Commander -in Chief. When an article simply slams and does not balance with positive accomplishments, it is hard to see the readers point of view
