Branford Police Arrests: DWI, Leaving a Child Unsupervised, Assault

Mercedes Cabrera, 51, of Shepard Avenue in Hamden, was charged Oct. 26 with leaving a child unsupervised. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 5. Arresting officer: Bret C. Johnson.

Todd M. Clifford, 44, Lloyd Street in New Haven, was charged Oct. 26 with violation of a protective order. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 28. Arresting officer: James Cox.

Tilon D. Diggs, 34, of Howard Avenue in Branford, was charged Oct. 25 with first-degree burglar, disorderly conduct, criminal attempt and third-degree assault. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 28. Arresting officer: Bret C. Johnson.

Miranda Platt, 21, of Alps Road in Branford, was charged Oct. 25 with sixth-degree larceny. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 5. Arresting officer: Melissa Carney.

Laura Robinson, 21, of Granite Road in Branford, was charged Oct. 25 with sixth-degree larceny. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 5. Arresting officer: Melissa Carney.

Dennis J.  Schoendorf, 45, of Oakland Street in New Haven, was charged Oct. 25 with use and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 5. Arresting officer: Peter Kendierski.

Gregory Somers, 46, of Jardin Drive in East Haven, was charged Oct. 26 with violation of a protective order. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 28. Arresting officer: James Cox. 

John C. Batrow, 70, of Wilford Avenue in Branford, was charged Oct. 28 with disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 5. Arresting officer: David J. Atkinson.

John H. Daley, 56, of Montowese Street in Branford, was charged Oct. 29 with breach of peace and third-degree assault. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 12. Arresting officer: Dominick B. Eula. 

Richard A. Fillpelli, 54, of Branford Road in North Branford, was charged Nov. 29 with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 12. Arresting officer: Stanley Konesky III. 

Loren A. LeBlanc, 25, of Florence Road in Branford, was charged Oct. 28 with parking in a handicap space. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8. Arresting officer: John L. Abely.

James Madelung, 19, of Second Avenue in Branford, was charged Oct. 28 with traveling unreasonably fast, driving while intoxicated under 21 years of age and failure to drive in a proper lane. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: Matthew Clerkin.
