Branford Police Arrests: Disorderly Conduct, Parking in a Handicapped Space, DUI

Taylor Hamlin Banek, 23, of Durham Road in Madison, was charged Oct. 11 with breach of peace. He was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 22. Arresting officer: Melissa Carney. 

Daniel S. Connell, 20, of Locust Street in Branford, was charged Oct. 12 with possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis-type substance, possession of alcohol by a minor and simple trespass. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 25. Arresting officer: Joseph Carangelo.

Barbara D. Ghiroli, 47, of Ivy Street in Branford, was charged Oct. 11 with disorderly conduct. She was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Joseph J. Peterson.

Jennifer R Golia, 37, of Turtle Bay in Branford, was charged Oct. 11 with second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 17. Arresting officer: Marc T. Andrew.

Derek John Maloney, 36, of Maple Street in Branford, was charged Oct. 13 with operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a plate, driving without insurance, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, as well as a separate charge of second-degree to appear in court. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22. Arresting officer: Nicholas Torino.

Amber Nuzzo, 27, of Laurel Hill Road in Branford, was charged Oct. 13 with disorderly conduct. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 15. Arresting officer: Matthew Clerkin.

Richard Rice, 71, of Wedgewood Road in Stratford, was charged Oct. 11 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22. Arresting officer: Christopher G. Manner.

Hector F. Roman, 25, of Columbus Avenue in New Haven, was charged Oct. 12 with second-degree failure to appear in court. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22. Arresting officer: John L. Abely.

Gregory Scott Somers, 46, of Jardin Drive in East Haven, was charged Oct. 11 with disorderly conduct. He was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Nicholas Torino.

Clifford F. St. Arnault, 34, of Rock Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 13 with sixth-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22. Arresting officer: Dominck B. Eula. 

Michael J. Tenedine, 47, of Cedar Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 13 with parking in an handicapped space. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 25. Arresting officer: John. L. Abely.
