Branford Police Arrests: Burglary, Drug Possession, Credit Card Theft

Nicholas J. Fucci, 21, of Village Lane in Branford, was charged Oct. 21 with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22. Arresting officer: Patrick W. Moynihan.

Michael D. Ammann, 29, of Lanphier Cove Road in Branford, was charged Oct. 22 with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of narcotics and possession of less than one half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 5. Arresting officer: Marc T. Andrew

Tchiah Mischael Harrison (Diggs), 36, of Baypath Way in Branford, was charged Oct. 23 with third-degree assault. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 24. Arresting officer: Dominick B. Eula.

Brandon Johnson, 20, of Bradely Avenue in Branford, was charged Oct. 23 with disorderly conduct. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 24. Arresting officer: Dominick B. Eula.

Mary E. Masker, 57, of Sundance Drive in Branford, was charged Oct. 23 with credit card theft, illegal use of credit card, receiving goods/services obtained illegally, third-degree theft of identity and third-degree forgery. She was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Arthur C. Ferris.

Janice P. Ferraro, 48, of California Street in West Haven, was charged Oct. 17 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 21. Arresting officer: Peter Kendzierski.

Susan Gilman, 48, of Brushy Plains Road in Branford, was charged Oct. 20 with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence, use and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 30. Arresting officer: Joseph Carangelo.

Thomas Hatch, 31, of Ivy Street in Branford, was charged Oct. 19 with threatening. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 21. Arresting officer: Joseph J. Peterson.

Senka Ibrakovic, 32, of Brushy Plains Road in Branford, was charged Oct. 20 with parking in a handicapped space. She was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1. Arresting officer: John L. Abely.

Whitney Malone, 27, of Steventown Road in Deep River, was charged Oct. 17 with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of less than one half-ounce of cannabis-type substance. She was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1. Arresting officer: Christopher G. Manner.  

Robert James Neagle, 23, of Dorie Drive in North Branford, was charged Oct. 17 with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of less than one half-ounce of cannabis-type substance.He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1. Arresting officer: Rashaad A. Roach.

Heidie Orkisz, 31, of Still Meadow Drive in Guilford, was charged Oct. 20 with disorderly conduct. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 21. Arresting officer:  Dominck B. Eula.
