Vista Member to Perform with Choral Club of Clinton, Sunday June 1st

Sharon Goldberg, a Clinton resident and Vista Outreach member for 15 years, has a true passion for singing. As a former member of the Shoreline Youth Symphony Orchestra, she has been using her soprano voice to share her love of music for as long as she can remember. Sharon has now been a part of the Choral Club of Clinton for over 5 years. The Club has been rehearsing since March to prepare for their annual Spring Concert which will take place on Sunday, June 1st at 4:00pm at the United Methodist Church of Clinton. Sharon has enjoyed getting to know all of the other Choir members and getting the opportunity to learn a number of songs, especially those in different languages including Latin and Hebrew. She loves learning different genres of music and finding new songs that work well with her voice. Sharon is looking forward to performing a wide range of musical styles at this year’s Spring Concert, but is most excited for the 10-minute Titanic medley.

Sharon has also participated in Vista Voices, Vista’s choral group that receives professional voice and song instruction, for a number of years. In addition, Sharon recently starred as Dinah (Jacob’s only daughter) in the Vista Arts Center’s musical production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Ivoryton Playhouse.  Vista congratulates Sharon for her efforts and for her determination to pursue her passion.
