CAN BIG BUCKS MAKE YOU RIGHT IN PINE ORCHARD?

Word on the street is Pine Orchards' Kameron Farid, has decided to take more citizens to court.  After purchasing a waterfront property, he decided that part of his neighbors property should be his. His neighbors had a deed, legal documents &  surveys stating that it was THEIR PROPERTY.  However, Mr. Farid is a very wealthy man, owning edible arrangements & the disposable cash to litigate HIS way through the courts and take what he wants...their property!   I guess American legal documents are insignificant to Farid, as he decided to sue those neighbors, who had to hire more surveyors to again mark their land and have survey stakes installed.  These property markers were taken down by Farid and taking survey stakes down is a criminal offense & Farid was arrested. The property owners again had to hire the surveyor and new markers installed... these  were ALSO TAKEN DOWN! However, this time, Farid is not taking responsibility and on this private seaside street, where there is only an empty lot, Farid and his neighbor and Long Island Sound, those property markers have mysteriously disappeared! Perhaps it was Mermaids!! There were days spent in court, legal fees, residents brought in by Farid in an attempt to take what is NOT HIS... Perhaps this last mysterious disappearance of surveys stakes may not bode well for Farid, as he now is expanding his law suit to attack the previous owner of the property and a respected, established Pine Orchard real estate agent, Joe Piscitelli.  Frivolous Law suits are expensive to the individual and to the taxpayers as a whole.  Not to mention how they can damage an individuals' reputation and business.  We, in this country have laws and documents supporting our laws, We pay our town staff to keep these documents up to date.... This protects us and our property, or homes, if you will...however, do any of our laws matter?  Are the documents describing our legal rights to our property and the full file cabinets at town hall mean nothing?   Obviously this is a viable question.  With all of Mr. Farids litigation, (WWW.CT.GOV  civil case lookup FARID), and this list is long... the question remains....CAN BIG BUCKS MAKE YOU RIGHT IN PINE ORCHARD?? .... I hope not.
