Charles O'Connor, 82, passed away on February 1, 2013 at Connecticut Hospice on Double Beach in Branford, a building where he worked for years as general counsel for Echlin Mfg.

The events of the last few years, the endless wars, homeland terrorism etc. Not an easy time for any Commander -in Chief.
