Summer concert series is starting up all along the shoreline - check the list for dates and concerts.
Starting tomorrow, the local free music scene explodes – all along the shoreline, free concerts are being held all summer long.
We’ve got CDs at the library, sure… but nothing beats setting up a blanket in the grass, laying out some snacks, a bottle of wine, kicking off your shoes and relaxing, maybe even dancing some.
You may even run into the guy in the picture – watch out, he’s on the lookout for a partner and doesn’t take No for an answer!!

In addition to the concerts on this list, the International Festival of Arts and Ideas is starting on June 16th in New Haven – they feature a lot of (free) concerts on weekends and during the weekday. The Carolina Chocolate Dropswill be performing on the 23rd…
