Camdyn, 9, was first diagnosed with stage 3 anaplastic large-cell lymphoma cancer in December 2010. Since then, Camdyn and her mother Rachel have been battling this horrible disease alone and need our support.
Camdyn endured four months of a unique and intense form of chemotherapy which made her very sick and weak. Initial treatments ended in March 2011. However, one month later, the cancer returned and is now incurable. Camdyn undergoes weekly chemotherapy and will likely need a bone marrow transplant in the future.
Camdyn and her mom currently live in Branford where Camdyn attends John B. Sliney School. Prior to moving to Branford they resided in Hamden, CT where Camdyn attended YMCA day care, summer camps and attended kindergarten and first grade at Hamden’s West Woods School.
