The East Shore District Health Department presents E-PREP (Environmental Primers for Real Estate Professionals)

The East Shore District Health Department
invites Real Estate Professionals to learn about topics such as septic systems, private water wells,
well water quality, building improvements and additions, lead regulations, minimum housing standards, mold, and radon.

The East
Shore District Health Department (ESDHD) will provide a better understanding of
state and local regulations pertaining to these environmental topics. This
program offers information on topics such as safe drinking waters, adequate
septic system capacity, mold concerns, and possible harmful effects of radon
which are health risks for all home buyers or renters.

This program
is also helpful for septic installers to understand the rules and regulations
around septic installation in our district.

Coffee and refreshments will be served.
