Lemonade for a Cure in July!

Lemonade for a Cure
Well, it's back! The lemonade stand that was so highly featured last summer on the Patch, The Awesome Lemonade Stand, is opening again for the July! We now have a revamped product line, including a plethora of baked goods. We also have brand new hours, from 11:00 to 4:00, that will make getting lemonade even more fun!
What is Lemonade for a Cure?
Lemonade for a Cure is a program started by The Awesome Lemonade Stand (The ALS) back when it was The Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Iced Tea Stand. It's goal is to  raise the most money to find a cure for ALS, commonly known as Lou
Gehrig's Disease, by selling lemonade and giving all the profits made to  The ALS Association of Connecticut which in turn uses them to finance  research into the finding a cure for ALS. Over the past two years that we've had stands, we've raised over $1,400 to find a cure for ALS! This summer we want to raise more than $1,500 to find a cure. Please stop by, even if you don't want Lemonade, we accept donations and there might be another item we sell that catches your eye.
