BALLET "BURN" is a 30 minute express class mixing ballet barre with cardio kickboxing in intense intervals that are sure to blast the fat!
Then at 6pm feel free to stay for our most popular of all our variety of Ballet fitness classes, "BALLET SCULPT" Not only will you enhance your fat burning effects but you will continue to burn fat for hours after your workout is over!
