Martha and Maggie are thrilled to have Betty Ann Donegan demonstrating her magic for the last of their Thursdays with Martha and Maggie series.
Betty Ann is a celebrity chef, culinary expert, chemist, and personality extraordinaire. Her humble beginnings in 1975 have mushroomed into her year-round cooking classes, summer cooking camp for children, annual culinary trips to Europe, and her constant generous donation of time and expertise.
We are honored to have her coming to show us how to work with/decorate with fondant. For those of us who have not worked with this icing-like, creamy confection used as a filling or coating for cakes, pastries and candies and sweets, Betty Ann will show us just how to do it.
It promises to be a memorable evening with our local celebrity.
