BALLET "BURN" is a 30 min express workout offered for the month of Dec. at lunch time and after work to get you in shape BEFORE the Holidays!
BALLET "BOX" is an interval workout alternating 5 min each between Ballet Barre and Cardio kickboxing moves. This is a 3 week session offered 2x's per week at 6:30 am!
