Where in Branford?

Ever seen this before?

You may look right at this icon every day, but (if I've done my job well) you've never noticed it before. What is this logo you may often find right in front of your face?

When do we find out?
Davis Dunavin July 12, 2012 at 12:27 PM
Tom, I wanted to extend the deadline a little and see if anyone else might want to give it a shot. I'll extend it to 5pm today... I guess this is a tough one.

A Branford Fire Department emergency vehicle emblem? Either that, or, ah, maybe the Red Hot Chilli Peppers' emblem, ref: http://www.popartuk.com/g/l/lgpp31764+rhcp-logo-red-hot-chilli-peppers-poster.jpg ...

Rererence my first guess above, here is a "Generic" example of an emergency vehicle emblem: http://www.denverpinstriping.com/images/IMG_4272.JPG

How about Kinko's?
Davis Dunavin July 12, 2012 at 06:51 PM
Good guesses Steve and Kathy, but no... I'll say this: the picture was taken inside, and it's in a location unique to Branford (as in, not a chain such as FedEx or Kinko's.)

OK, I guess this one was more obscure than I thought... The emblem appears throughout the Blackstone Library, probably most noticeably on the elevator doors. (It's right in the middle, about at eye-level.)

Wow! I guess that says I gotta get over to the Blackstone more! Good one, Davis!
