Warm Weather Today: Much Cooler Weekend

We may be feeling the last of the warm weather for a while as a strong cold front pushes through on Thursday; giving us some evening thunderstorms and much cooler conditions.

Note: The average high for this time of year is in the low-70s. We may see temperatures some 10 degrees above average today and possibly 10 degrees cooler than average on Friday and Saturday.

Today: Look for partly to mostly sunny skies; mild. Highs will be in the low-80s, with overnight lows around 60 degrees.

Thursday: Clouds will be on the increase during the afternoon with evening showers and thunderstorms likely. Some storms may be severe. Highs in the low- to mid-70s. Overnight lows will be cooling off into the mid- to upper-40s.

Friday: Expect mostly sunny skies. Winds may be a bit gusty. Highs will be on the cool side in the mid- to upper-60s. Overnight lows will remain cool in the mid- to upper-40s.

Saturday: Very similar to Friday. We will see lots of sunshine. The winds will begin to ease off however. Highs will still be on the cool side in the mid- to upper-60s, with overnight lows in the upper-40s.

Sunday: Look for mostly sunny skies with highs right around 70 degrees. Overnight lows still a bit chilly in the low-50s.
