Amy Drost, an ad manager for Branford Patch, was in the right place at the right time to catch a sweet moment on video. While at Cedar Woods in Branford, Drost enjoyed watching a singing telegram by Connecticut Yankee Chorus.
The recipient of the Valentine's Day serenade was Marie Dryzgula, a resident of Cedar Woods (see video). Marie's daughter sent the singing telegram in honor of Marie's late husband.
"It was the most touching thing ever," said Drost.
