Partly Cloudy and Warm: Fall Weather Approaching?

Conditions look fairly quiet with the exception being Wednesday. A strong cold front will push through giving us the chance for showers and storms. We may see our first taste of Fall towards the end of this week.

At the moment, the tropics look quiet. Tropical Storm Maria, currently just north of Puerto Rico, is expected to follow a similar path to Katia and miss the U.S. There are no other areas expected to develop into tropical disturbances at this time. Phew!

Monday: Some patchy fog in the early morning will burn off, leaving partly to mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will be a bit on the warm side for this time of year in the upper-70s. There is a very slight chance for an afternoon sprinkle. Any precipitation will be very light. Overnight lows in the low-60s.

Tuesday: Expect partly to mostly sunny skies. Mild. Highs in the upper-70s with overnight lows in the low- to mid-60s.
