As Hurricane Irene continues to move up the eastern seaboard and closer to landfall along the Connecticut shoreline, the East Shore District Health Department has released the location of its emergency shelter sites for each of the three towns served by the local health district.
The shelter locations are:
• East Haven — , 35 Wheelbarrow Lane, East Haven
• North Branford — , 654 Foxon Road, North Branford
• Branford — , 14 Brushy Plains Road, Branford.
