From Breakfast with Santa to Ladies Night Out: Get Ready for the Holidaze!

Today kicks off a whirlwind of holiday events through the holiday season. Start the day having breakfast with santa and this morning at St. Mary’s School (be sure to save those photos to share with Patch this week). After breakfast, take off for a at the Pine Orchard Yacht & Country Club to benefit the Community Dining Room. Wrap up today with a holiday concert by at the .

Upcoming, get ready to be wowed by Branford High School students who perform next weekend and the who will give a holiday show at the Library on Wednesday. Speaking of Wednesday, don’t miss the Ladies Night Out shopping event sponsored by the E-List (sign-up to attend) and the , which kicks off the same night.

And though the holidays are about giving – check out our special page devoted to those who give back during the holidays and add your good news – they are also about winning! Patch will be running a holiday house decorating contest – the grand prize winner selected from one Patch town in America (let’s go Branford) will get a huge monetary donation for the school system. There are also many other awesome runner-up prizes! Details about the contest to come early next week. The Branford Park & Recreation Department will host their annual with winners to be selected on Dec. 14 and 15. So drag out the lights deck the halls and be sure to lace-up your running shoes because the holiday season is on baby! Mush!
