Clouds With a Chance of Cool on the Way

A very persistent cut-off low pressure system has been sitting and spinning for nearly a week now, giving us clouds and showers. The trend will continue for the next two days, but relief is on the way…

By Friday, it looks like this slowly moving low pressure system will finally move out. Behind it however, will be some much cooler air. Temperatures will be some 5 degrees below normal on Saturday, and on Sunday we may struggle to reach the low-60s.

Today: Generally cloudy with a few breaks of sunshine possible. There is a very slight chance for an afternoon shower. Daytime highs in the low-70s, with overnight lows in the low-60s.

Thursday: Morning fog likely. Otherwise, clouds with afternoon and evening rain. Rain may be heavy at times. Highs in the low- to mid-70s. Overnight lows in the upper-50s.
