Branford Police Arrests for Oct. 18 to Oct. 20

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

James C. Cobb, 47, of Elm Street in West Haven, was charged Oct. 18 with second-degree failure to appear. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 30. Arresting officer: Richard F. Kenney.

Karina M. Plaza, 27, of South End Road in New Haven, was charged Oct. 18 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor. She is expected to appear in court Oct. 30. Arresting officer: Arthur C. Ferris.

Dawn DePalma-Ferrucci, 42, of Shelter 1 in Meriden, was charged Oct. 18 with second-degree harassment. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 19. Arresting officer: Arthur C. Ferris.

Kevin Schimelfanick, 25, of Merchants Avenue in Norwich, was charged Oct. 19 with two separate counts of creating a public disturbance. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 2. Arresting officer: Luigi M. Amasino.

Darrel J. Graver, 23, of Main Street in Branford, was charged Oct. 19 with two separate charges of breach of peace. He is expected to appear in court Oct. 30. Arresting officer: Joseph J Peterson.

Rudolph J. Diaz, 30, of Miami Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 20 with criminal weapon possession, third-degree larceny, first-degree robbery and conspiracy, as well as a separate charge of second-degree failure to appear. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22.  Arresting officer: Paul Perrotti.

Ryan M. Crowther, 33, of Hacock Point Road in Branford, was charged Oct. 20 with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22.
