Focus on: Cielo dal 1908 Prosecco
It’s holiday time and it’s time for celebrating with a glass (or a bottle) or bubbly. This week’s featured wine is the Cielo dal 1908 Prosecco which offers a bang for both your buck and your palate. What’s more? It comes under screw cap so it’s perfect for party goers who don’t travel with a corkscrew or a healthy understanding of how to properly open a bottle of sparkling wine. The Cielo family started the winery in 1908 in Montorso which overlooks Romeo and Juliette’s castles.
Throughout the generations, the Cielo brand has progressed. Today, there is a range of wines from Prosecco to Merlot with several in between. But what we particularly like about the Prosecco is that despite its price, you’re really getting a great wine. It has been appropriately coined, “a social wine that’s divine!”
