RE/MAX Property Consultants currently holds the number one market share in Groton.  Combined, the two offices will now be supported by 29 full-time agents with plans for continued growth within Connecticut, with Scott in control as Broker/Owner.

“I was impressed with the team that RE/MAX Property Consultants have built and am very excited that we were able to join forces,” said Scott. “We are committed to growth and expanding our market area based on a customer service philosophy that is focused on delivering expert, personalized service to buyers & sellers, resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction.”

“Greg brings a business discipline like no other leader in the industry,” said Lian Obrey, former Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Property Consultants.  “As I transition out of the Broker/Owner role, I am looking forward to focusing on my listing and selling business and I know Greg will position our company for long-term growth and success for many years to come.”

The Groton location will remain a full-service real estate office with all 13 agents who currently work there remaining on the RE/MAX Property Consultants team. Scott’s plans for growth are not only focused on providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers, but also giving agents the tools and resources to grow their business.

“We embrace the RE/MAX model that agents are in business ‘for yourself, not by yourself’, and believe that our role is to help agents grow their business,” Scott explained. “We are committed to providing the tools, resources and training to support agents so they can achieve success. This model attracts the most professional and experienced real estate agents in the business and RE/MAX Property Consultants is no exception.”
