Toasting the Holiday

Get out and about for St. Patrick's Day.

Where will you be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day? If you’re not into making your own corned beef and cabbage and are thinking about heading out to grab a drink with friends we’ve got a list of recommended spots. Of course, feel free to share your favorite watering hole – unless of course you want to keep it secret.

No better place to ring in the holiday than this Irish pub. Come early to try their shepard’s pie and stay late to hear live music. Erin Go Braugh!

Hungry for some Irish fare? Donovan’s Reef offers a special menu including Guiness stew and Irish whiskey steak. Pints of Guiness are $4 and Smithwicks are $3.50. Cheers!

If you’re in the mood for a sit-down dinner or want to lounge in the bar where dancing and entertainment happens, this is your spot on St. Patrick’s Day.

Looking for the perfect place to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? Tommy Sullivan’s welcomes you with open doors.

A little trip from the safety of Branford to North Branford brings you to Doody's Totoket Inn – a great place anytime of year and especially on St. Paddy’s Day. Cliché, yes, but this spot is worth the trip!

Wherever you chose to celebrate the day, be sure to have a designated driver to take you home!
