Premier Auto Group is expanding again, taking over a building just north of its Subaru and Kia dealerships.
The Premier Auto Group continued to expand along Route 1 in Branford with the recent acquisition of the former Lenders & Fleet Services building at 205 North Main Street in Branford for $1.55 million, according to the CoStar Group.
CoStar Group reported the space to be a 12,313 square food retail property and that “Premier Holdings plans to use the property for its growing Subaru and Kia dealership. However, at this time the facility is being used for vehicle storage.”
