With subcommittees including legal, marketing, financial, and operations committees, we have taken the needs of our members and the Chambers extremely seriously.

Among the myriad of benefits that a merger will offer, some of the strongest reasons to proceed are that the new Chamber would offer a larger networking base, enhanced technology including web and social media, educational programs for businesses, and a combined staff to help coordinate even stronger events.

Branford and Guilford are such unique and special towns to all of us, and as part of this merger, we are dedicated to ensuring that each town get the same individualized attention we’ve always given, but with the enhancements mentioned above.

We believe that it’s time for these Chambers to evolve and we invite you to have the opportunity to evolve with us.

We would like to thank our Boards of Directors and the many volunteers on these committees who have helped to make our next steps possible.

On Wednesday, December 11, there will be an in-person vote in both towns.

In Branford, it will be held at the Branford Chamber of Commerce office at 239 North Main Street in Branford from 9am-noon.

In Guilford, it will be held at Comfort Keepers at 722 Village Walk in Guilford from 5:30-7:30pm along with the Business with a Twist.
