Debbie’s Daily Dose of Food for Thought

James Beard, dubbed the “dean of American cookery” in 1954 by the New York Times, was a culinary expert, chef, and one of the first to champion the use of locally grown products in cooking.  As you prepare for your next party, keep this quote from James Beard in mind, “Food is our common ground, a universal experience.” So put thought and effort into the food you serve to help create special memories. You can even prepare some of the food and cater the rest if you like! rather harsh and does not mention Congress or that fact that any CEO expects their chain of commandRead More to do the job assigned. The events of the last few years, the endless wars, homeland terrorism etc. Not an easy time for any Commander -in Chief. When an article simply slams and does not balance with positive accomplishments, it is hard to see the readers point of view
