BANG, BAAANG, BOOOOOOM!!!
The Fireworks last night at Branford Point were truly phenomenal...
But the real display is the people... The crowds who turn out, the vendors, EMTs, sponsors, etc...
Yet, all of this is anchored on the Volunteers who work so hard to ensure that we'll have a festive celebration year after year.
Truth is, Branford has bred a number of hugely talented people who give back to their community far beyond what most people would consider the "call of duty".
For me, it's a real privilege to rub shoulders with these folks.
They're the real, "oooohhhhhh-aaaahhhh."
