Caroline Gordon once said, “A well-composed book is a magic carpet on which we are wafted to a world that we cannot enter in any other way.” So, let’s each hop on a carpet and go to another world. Start a “Books I’ve Read” Journal
Help your child create a diary of the books they have read. Include the title of the book, author, illustrator, kind of book, and the date read. Ambitious readers can add a line or two about the book and how they liked it.
