Paint Your Own Great Escape

Sip on your favorite wine or bring a snack, either way you will lose yourself in the process of creating. It is a feeling many adults have forgotten yet when they begin to color or paint again, a soothing feeling from childhood returns and the escape from everyday is accomplished. Call it art therapy or simply an escape from reality. Either way, there is something so calming about covering up mistakes with a different color or making lopsided hearts into giant spring flowers.
