This 45 minute class for the beginner and intermediate is upbeat, fun and sociable. Be prepared to move and bring comfortable shoes to change into. No partner is necessary but it helps.

rather harsh and does not mention Congress or that fact that any CEO expects their chain of command…Read More to do the job assigned. The events of the last few years, the endless wars, homeland terrorism etc. Not an easy time for any Commander -in Chief. When an article simply slams and does not balance with positive accomplishments, it is hard to see the readers point of view
