Nationally Touring Jungle Funk Duo, Aotearoa, is performing LIVE at Donovan's Reef July 27th.

Believing that a live show remains the best way to connect with fans on both a communal and national level, the band tours non-stop as funk-rock nomads. Setting out from Chicago in January of 2011, They've gigged over a year and a half's worth of pavement with no break in sight.
By encouraging widespread audience engagement, the band strives to sever the divide between the performer and crowd. Aotearoa shows often culminate in a "full floor shake-down" with everyone on their feet but the drummer.
