Looks Like We've Got California Weather on the Way

High pressure will begin to move overhead today, giving us lots of sunshine. Those temperatures will be on the rise however, with near 90 degrees expected for your weekend.

First, I would like to note that the heat we will experience this weekend will be nowhere near what we had . Temperatures look like they will peak on Saturday and will only reach upper-80s to near 90.

Today: Picture perfect summer day. Look for plenty of sunshine with highs in the low- to mid-80s. Dewpoints will be low so conditions will be comfortable. Overnight lows in the low- to mid-60s.

Thursday: Mostly sunny in the morning, becoming increasingly cloudy towards the afternoon and evening hours. There is a chance for an overnight shower or storm. Daytime highs in the low-80s, with overnight lows in the upper-60s.
