Both Kathryn and Suzanne, like all of our leaders, lost weight following the Weight Watchers program.  Their combined weight loss of 109 pounds allows them to truly understand the challenges and celebrations involved in making the commitment to lose weight.  “Weight Watchers is designed to teach you the fundamentals of weight loss and beyond,” says Kathryn and Suzanne.  “The program and the support are designed to help you stick to your weight loss efforts, all the way to goal.”

"At Weight Watchers, we recognize that food is only one part of the weight-loss equation.  Activity, healthy habits, support and smart food choices are also components that can lead to real, lasting success," explains Patty Alexander Territory Manager, Weight Watchers. "We are excited about these new meetings opening in Branford and look forward to helping local residents reach their weight loss goals."
