Fill out a Branford Smiles Program Dental Survey and recieve a free gift

East Shore District Health Department, Branford Cares and Branford Early Childhood Collaborative have partnered up to create the Branford Healthy Smiles Program and Survey. The Branford Healthy Smiles Survey is a short questionnaire that will provide us with the information we need to improve Branford community’s dental health. We want to survey all Branford residents, of all ages, about dental insurance, access to dental care, difficulties in seeing a dentist on a regular basis, and what is most important to each individual.

            With the information collected through this survey, we hope to start educational programs in Branford that will help residents get better dental care. The survey is being conducted in person at the health department, Branford public libraries, and Town Hall. Also, it is available until the end of August online at:
